Open the packing box to check whether the type of device is correct and whether the accessories are included.

power off the device, remove the battery and any other external power. 

put the SIM card to the SIM card slot. 

please power off and take out the battery before removing the sim card. 

Warning:please power off before removing the sim card.. Do not install/remove sim card when there is any power 

Connection, otherwise, it may ruin your sim card.  

2 Power onSlide switch to "ON" to power on the device after install the battery.   3 Charging battery 

When the red LED of the device is quick flashing, it means low battery and you need to charge the battery.   

Please charge the battery before first usage. 

Charging method:

Connect the charger to power; 

This process needs 4-6 hours. It is normal that device and charger get hot when charging.   

The device can work normally when charging. If the red LED is in continuously bright state, it means the device is charging. If the red LED is slowly flashing, it means full charging.   

Warning:place the device in 0°C~40°C  ventilated place when charging and use the charger which supplied by the manufacturer. The charger which does not approved by the manufacturer will cause problems and it is against with the guarantee terms. 

Setting

    

1 SOS numbers setting

1.1    Add SOS number via sms command 

SMS command:    SOS, A,number1,number2,number3,number4#(A means add number) 

4 sos numbers are available for the device. 

For example: 

SOS, A,13910283465,13910283465,13910283465,13910283465# 

It will reply "OK" if succeeded. 

If only set one sos number, it can be as follows:   

SOS, A,13910283465# means set the first specific number 

SOS, A,,13910283465# means set the second specific number 

SOS, A,,,13910283465# means set the third specific number 

SOS, A,,,,13910283465# means set the fourth specific number 

1.2 Delete sos numbers via sms command

SMS: SOS, D,1,2,3,4# (D means delete one sos number) 

For example: SOS, D,1# means delete the first number 

                      SOS, D,3# means delete the third number 

If delete several numbers at one time, SMS command can be: SOS, D, 1, 2, 4# means delete the first/ second and fourth numbers. 

If you do not know the serial number, you can also delete number by SMS command like this: SOS, D,number# 

For example: SOS, D, 13910283465# means delete this sos number directly. 

It will reply "OK" if succeeded to delete this number. 

1.3 Add SOS numbers via platform 

You can set sos numbers via the platform after activating the device. 

2 Vibration alarm 

When the device is in fortification state, vibration will activate alarms. The device will send vibration alarm to the sos numbers in 10s.   

If the GPS is located, the device will send accurate address information. If GPS is not located, the device will send LBS address information. If GPS is located in 5 minutes, the device will send accurate address information.   

Example of GPS address information: 

  "vibration alarm: Wangjing Bei Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing  (N40.0104,E116.45635) "

Example of LBS address information:   

"vibration alarm: nearby Wangjing Bei Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing  (N40.0104,E116.45635)". 

When in trigging alarm process, pressing sos button to end fortification.  

Remark: 

1 There is no other alarms in 5 minutes after one alarm.  

2 If your device can not send sms message, please check whether there is any balance in the sim 

card. 

3 SOS alarm

Press SOS button for more than 3s to activate GPS automatically. Twice vibration will be happened, and then the device will send an address information message to the sos number. If GPS is located, the device will send an accurate address information, e.g.: "Emergency call(LBS): Wangjing Bei Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing  (N40.0104,E116.45635)".If GPS is not located, the device will send a LBS location information: e.g.:"Emergency call(LBS): nearby Wangjing Bei Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing  (N40.0104,E116.45635)". Then it will dial the sos numbers by cycle, if any sos number answer the call, it will stop calling. If there’s no response after all the number been dialed for three cycles, it will stop. After dialing the sos numbers, if GPS is located, the device will send the accurate address information again.   

Notice: To realize this function, please set sos numbers first!  

4 Low battery alarm 

When battery is low, device will send low battery alarm sms to SOS numbers         

Low battery alarm sms:    "Warning! Battery is low, please charge in time!"      

When battery is too low to approach power off, it will send sms: Warning! Battery is too low, power 

off automatically.

5 Voice monitoring 

When the special number cellphone dial device, ringing for 10s, it will enter voice monitoring status. 

At this time, caller can monitoring the sound in vehicle. 

Remark: This function need sim card has caller-ID function. 

6 View location method

6.1  Ask address information: POSITION 

If the command sent successfully, the device will reply LBS address information. 

If GPS is located in 5 minutes, the device will reply the accurate GPS address information. If it is not located in

5 minutes, then no accurate GPS address information. 

Example of LBS address information: "Current location (LBS): nearby Wangjing Bei Road, Chaoyang District,

Beijing  (N40.0104,E116.45635)". 

Example  of  GPS  address  information:  "Accurate  location  (GPS):Wangjing Bei Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing  (N40.0104,E116.45635)"

6.2    Ask coordinates 

SMS command: WHERE#     

Device will reply the coordinates: 

e.g. Lat:N40.0104,Lon:E116.45635,Course:42.20,Speed:0.0740,DateTime:10-11-23    22:28:51  

6.8.3    Ask Google link 

SMS command: URL# 

Device will reply the google link. 

e.g.: <DateTime:10-11-23 23:42:51>http://maps.google.com/maps?q=N40.0104,E116.45635 

Notice: GPS can only be located outdoor. It can not be located indoor, or the shade of tree, or tall building where has low GPS or even no GPS signal. While LBS can be located in anywhere has GSM signal. 

6.3 Platform checking 

The device will automatically register a login account according to IMEI no. after the device being activated. 

LBS is a rough locating way, if want more precise, you can activate GPS positioning. The precision is aroung 10m. 

Notice: The sim card should activate GPRS function.
